Delivery Timeframes

• Cairo & Giza: Orders are delivered within 2–3 business days after order confirmation (phone call or customer service message).

• Other Governorates: Delivery takes 2–4 business days after confirmation.

Shipping Fees

• Shipping fees are added automatically at checkout and may vary depending on your governorate or the shipping company.

Order Confirmation

• All orders must be confirmed via phone call or WhatsApp message before delivery is scheduled.

Tracking

• A tracking number will be sent to you after confirmation so you can follow your shipment status.

Delays

• If any delay occurs due to weather conditions or courier company issues, we will contact you immediately with an updated delivery date.

Delivery Schedule

• Deliveries are made Saturday to Thursday, except official public holidays.
